In Loving Memory

On the 22nd day of September, Chilo Reyes Valerio of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away. She was 55 years young. Born Maria Auxilio Lorena Valerio Reyes on September 30th 1964 to parents Evelia and Trinidad, Miss Valerio was born in Mexico and lived there until the age of 9. She later moved to Chicago, Illinois with her family. She eventually left Chicago in 2001, Chilo resettled in Las Vegas, where she put down roots. Miss Valerio was a diehard fan of FC Guadalajara (a.k.a. her "Chivas"), Hiking, Exploring, and trying new things. She loved sushi, dancing, her children, and had an uncanny ability to lift the spirits of those around her. She could be found at extraciricular activities after school, often helping out as much as possible. She inspired great loyalty, as well as being fiercely loyal. Over her career, she spent over a decade at United Parcel Service; working her way up from loading and unloading, eventually ending up in a management role. She changed directions and after spending over a decade working for the Clark County School Disrict, she won dozens of lifelong friends and amiration from many. Always ready to help anyone with any thing, she was the type of person willing to give the clothes off her back. She is survived by her oldest, Evelia Czarnik, and her son, Anthony Czarnik. She was firecely proud of her children. Her surviving family members include her sisters Susa, Sylvia, and Elizabeth, as well as her nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by her loving mother, Evelia Reyes Garcilazo, her father Jose Trinidad Valerio Salinas, her brother Francisco, and Sister Chayo.

Celebration of Life memorial services are to be announced, but are planned for Rupert, Idaho, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Chicago, Illinois.

El día 22 de septiembre falleció Chilo Reyes Valerio de Las Vegas, Nevada. Tenía 55 años. Nacida María Auxilio Lorena Valerio Reyes el 30 de septiembre de 1964 de padres Evelia y Trinidad, la señorita Valerio nació en México y vivió allí hasta los 9 años. Más tarde se mudó a Chicago, Illinois con su familia. Eventualmente dejó Chicago en 2001, Chilo se reubicó en Las Vegas, donde echó raíces. La señorita Valerio era una fanática acérrima del FC Guadalajara (también conocido como sus "Chivas"), caminaba, exploraba y probaba cosas nuevas.
